Lulu Miller is an American writer, artist, and co-founder of National Public Radio’s Invisibilia. Her radio career began as an intern at WNYC’s Radiolab, where she eventually became the show’s first hired audio producer. After five years at Radiolab, she pursued writing through a University of Virginia Fellowship, where she taught and wrote fiction. She returned to radio as a freelance journalist for NPR’s Science Desk. Miller then joined with former This American Life producer, Alex Spiegel to produce a new long-form radio show that would become Invisibilia (2015), a show that focuses on unseen focuses that control human behavior. Invisibilia received over 50 million downloads in its first season and has been featured on All Things Considered, Morning Edition, Radiolab, and This American Life.
